About This Competition
Welcome to our Annual “Vets & Mets” Team Competition. In Teams of 3 (FFF or MMM) you will perform at least 3 workouts. We will have an RX and Scaled Division. Early Bird Registration is $99 per Team. Price increases to $150 October 30th. Click Ticket Link to Register.

🗓 NOVEMBER 11th (Friday) we will host the Hero WOD Chad. There will also be a Veterans “pop-up” expo. A number of Veteran owned businesses and Veteran non-profit organizations will be showcasing their businesses. Tons of sponsors and vendors as well!! If you’re a veteran or know a veteran come on out and see what these guys have to offer. They are here for you!!!
