About This Competition
Attention Andare Fitness Company!
On May 7th, 2023 we're bringing to you our first annual Andare Nightmares! This is going to be an in-house partner competition, testing not only your fitness but also your CULINARY skills! There will be 3 "courses"; "Appetizer", "Entree", and "Dessert". Each course will have a workout along with you creating a dish to serve a panel of chef judges.
We have two divisions: Kosher and Non-Kosher.
On the day of, everyone will be competing against one another. Prizes will be announced shortly. ACT FAST!!! WE ARE CAPPING THIS AT 20 TEAMS!

6 SA DB Box Step-Up 35/20, 20 inch box for all
5 Burpees
4 DB Snatch
Teams begin with the 5:00 AMRAP, which will be one score and in the remaining time will create an appetizer to be judged by the panel.

Teams will have 35:00 to create an entree for the panel. Teams will have 1 chef cooking and 1 working on the AMRAP of 2 rounds of Cindy for a separate score.
