About This Competition
Welcome to the KTC CLASSIC!
We are thrilled you want attend our event. This is our second year hosting and as we grow we want to open this up to everyone but limited spaces apply so get your ticket fast!
We have 2 divisions available, Male Pairs & Female Pairs!
What to expect from the workouts?
For the KTC Classic, we want the competition to be scalable to all levels! Whether you have all of the CrossFit skills or not, please do not worry as there will be scaling options for everything!
Entry level movements include:
Banded Pull Ups, Ab-Mat Sit Ups, 45/30kg Sandbag Cleans, 2x24kg/2x16kg Kettlebell farmers Carry.
Barbell Clean & Jerk 45kg/30kg & 1 x 22.5/15kg DB for regular movements.

Workouts
Complex
For Load:
10 Minutes for you both to build to a heavy:
1 Clean + 3 Front Squats.
Score = Both weights combined.
Empty the tank
For Time:
120m Torque Tank Push (6 Lengths Total - 3 Lengths (60m) Each)
Score = Time.
Partners must complete their 60m before their partner takes over.
Tank Setting: Male Pairs - Level 3 // Female Pairs - Level 2

Round 1 (4 Teams):
12/8 cal Ski/Echo
10 Thrusters @ 40/30kg
10 Pull ups/Burpee Touch
Round 2 (3 Teams):
12/8 cal Ski/Echo
8 Thrusters @ 50/35kg
8 C2B/Pull ups
Round 3 (2 Teams):
12/8 cal Ski/Echo
6 Thrusters @ 60/40kg
6 BMU/C2B*
*Partner may run back and tag to switch.
Score = For Time.
Time Cap = 4 minute each round.
Flow = All 4 teams complete round 1. Fastest 3 teams from round 1 complete round 2. Fastest 2 teams from round 2 complete round 3 to decide the winner. There will be a 2 minute rest between rounds.
Key = M/F - Males complete 12 cal Ski each round and Females complete 8 cal Echo each round. For upper body pulling, Males complete; R1: Pull Ups, R2: C2B, R3: BMU. Females complete: R1: Burpee Touch, R2: Pull Ups, R3: C2B. If an athlete cannot complete a movement they can complete (x3) of the previous pulling skill.

Score = Calories
Athlete must have their back to rower screen when completing burpee over rower.

P1: 2k Trail Run
P2: 100 cal Ski (Female)/ 100 cal Echo (Male)
500m KB Farmers Carry (2x 24/16kg) (YGIG)
P1: 100 cal Ski (Female)/ 100 cal Echo (Male)
P2: 2k Trail Run
500m Sandbag Carry (100/70lb)(YGIG)
Score = Time.
Kettlebells and Sandbag can be swapped between you at anytime.
35 minute time cap.
If you hit the time cap you will receive a 10 second time addition for every 100m not completed in the final Sandbag Carry and Ski/Echo.
