About This Competition

It's back again!! Bucktown Battlegrounds is back for another edition of Alliance, our Male/Female pairs competition. 5 events that are going to prove whose Alliance is strongest in the Chicago area this year! Workouts will be released beforehand so you'll have time to prepare for the battleground in turn. Be ready. This one is going to be fun! 


Movement Requirements (Required for all divisions unless otherwise specified

Comfortable with 50/35 DB (RX) or 35/25 (Int)


Comfortable with 20" box


Comfortable with Sandbag (150/100 for RX) (100/70 for Int)


Rope Climbs (both partners) (15' RX) (12' Int)


Jump Rope (both Partners) (DU for RX) (SU for Int)
