About This Competition
Our Competition is designed as a Team Event.
Your day will consist of four workouts. The first two workouts will determine what tier you and your team will be competing in for the rest of the day. Depending on how your team performed the first two workouts will then place you in RX or Scaled. Note that the first two events will be designed to be inclusive to every ability level.
