Workouts
Teams will have 5:00 to accumulate as many pounds lifted as possible by performing ground-to-overhead repetitions. Teams can choose any weight they want on the bar, and the weight cannot change. Athletes can share repetitions anyway. M/F teams will have both M/F barbells and can have DIFFERENT weights on the bar.
Athlete A will have 4:00 to establish a 1 rep max Snatch. They can attempt the lift as many times as they would like. The lift must be completed within the 4:00 window.
Athlete B will have 4:00 to establish a 1 rep max Clean. They can attempt the lift as many times as they would like. The lift must be completed within the 4:00 window.
Teams will have 4:00 to establish their best standing broad jump. Athletes can attempt the jump as many times as they would like during the 4:00 window.
Teams will have 3:00 to complete 50 calories on the Air Assault Bike for time. Athletes can switch anytime they would like.
Teams will hang from the pull-up bar together at the same time for max time. There is a 3:00 cap
Teams will have 8:00 for both athletes to establish a 3 rep max Bench Press. Athletes can switch at anytime and must spot each other. They must use 45lb barbell. Leave barbell on rack at end of 8:00.
Teams will have 3:00 to accumulate as many points as possible by either performing box jump overs or step overs. Box jump overs are worth 2 points each, and step overs are worth 1 point each. Teams must pull box out, then return box once finished. M/F Teams are at a set height of 20”.
Teams will have 4:00 on the Concept 2 rower to accumulate as many meters as possible. Athletes can switch at anytime. Athletes must stop pulling at 4:00, but roll over meters will count.
Athletes will perform all movements together in synchronized format. Teams are to bring their ab mats out if they want them, then return after workout
