About This Competition

Join us Saturday, March 7th for the 5th Annual Showdown of the Young, Old, and New at CrossFit Believe. This competition will be unlike our Summer Throwdown as we will have four divisions: Scaled, Teens, Masters and our new division Kids!

Each athlete will receive a t-shirt the day of the competition, and the top three in each division will receive prize bags!

Register soon, as spaces will be limited!

Wondering about standards?

Scaled: This is for competitors that scale workouts on regular basis in group classes. Only basic movements and weights will be used. Everyone will be able to complete the movements in this division.

Masters: Advanced movements like muscle ups, handstand push-ups and pistols may be measured in this division (other than 50+ Division). These divisions are not scaled divisions, but rather an RX Masters Division. Divisions will be 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, and 50+. Standard barbell movements should be expected and might include: Deadlift, Clean and Jerk, Snatch, and Push Press.

Teens: Teens will be divided into 2 divisions. Athletes will be able to scale all movements and weights as needed within their division. Athletes may move up to older age divisions, but may not move down. Divisions will be 12-14, 15-17.

Kids: Kids will be divided into 2 divisions. Athletes will be able to scale all movements and weights as needed within their division. Athletes may move up to older age divisions, but may not move down. Divisions will be 6-8. 9-11. This is a FUN division. We will not rank athletes. They will participate in 3 workouts and will receive a t-shirt the day of the event.
