About This Competition
4 person CrossFit Competition - 2 males/ 2 females
Registration Start Date: July 12th
Registration End Date: Sept 1st for a registration gift/ Sept 19th no gift
EVENT #1 (4 Person Team) (12:00 time cap)
12 minutes to establish a 5RM Back Squat for EACH member of the team
Use of rack is permitted, each team will be assigned one rack
