Workouts
All athletes will be given 6 minutes to work up to a Heavy Single Clean
2 athletes from each team will be lifting at a time (1 Male, 1 Female)
At the 6-minute mark, Event 3 (Addition 2) will begin for each heat.
Score will be the combined total weight of each team member's best successful lift.
Immediately following the Clean Time Cap those athletes will transition into 2 minutes of Max Reps Ground to Overhead with a DB.
There will be 5 weight options to choose from and scores will be the total amount of LBs lifted by the team. Ex: 5 reps at 50lbs = 250
Weight Options:
70#, 60#, 50#, 40#, 30#, 20# Dumbbells.
Score will be combined total lbs lifted by each team.
4 WODs. The team will assign 2 people to each wod and each wod will start on a timer. All teams will showdown their pairs, and then at the next timer all teams will showdown their next wod pair, etc… for a total of 4 available scores.
Your strategy will be choosing which pair does what. The WODs do not have to be evenly split by each pair.

5 minute Caps. 1-3min Transition Time.
Similar to Event 4, the four components will be ranked and scored within the event and then combined to find the event's individual scoring.
AMRAP (20min)
10 Bar Muscle-Ups

30 Front Squats 135/85
40 Back Squats 135/85
50 Air Squats
During which time the team must also complete Max Reps Burpee Box Jump Overs AND Max Calorie Row.
One athlete may be working on the Rower, One athlete may be working on the box jump overs, and one athlete may be working on the pull-ups/squats at the same time. Other than the rower, there will be a limit of 5 reps per athlete/movement before switching athletes.
The three components (Chipper AMRAP, Row Cals and Burpees) will be ranked and scored within the event and then combined to find the event's individual scoring. Eg. 1st in Chipper, 3rd in Row Cals and 1st in Burpees would be 1+3+1 for a total of 4 in the event. Lowest total wins the event.
Each team member will be racing relay style, one lap at a time. Team captains may choose to run athletes in any order. Each athlete will complete 4 laps total. Each lap will be 100m.
There will be an additional requirement to transport a variety of objects for a certain number of laps. Again, team captains may assign any athlete to any object.
