About This Competition
PRE-CAMP TEST
Come preparazione a Into The Wod - Teen Summer Camp eseguiremo qualche test per capire con che atleti abbiamo a che fare per riuscire a strutturare al meglio le sessioni di allenamento che si terranno durante i cinque giorni.
Non si tratta di una vera e propria competizione, perché l'obbiettivo è quello di mettere in contatto Crossfit Teen con la stessa passione in un contesto diverso da quello di gara, in modo da aiutarli a spronarsi e migliorarsi a vicenda.
INTO THE WOD è il primo Crossfit Camp italiano dedicato interamente ai Teenagers in cui i ragazzi e le ragazze coinvolti potranno vivere un’esperienza unica sia da un punto di vista atletico che di community che di formazione.
LO SCOPO DEL CAMP
Si tratta di 5 giorni di full immersion in cui i ragazzi potranno crescere da un punto di vista atletico e personale, tramite attività direttamente e indirettamente collegate al Crossfit, ma soprattutto connettendo con coetanei che hanno lo stesso desiderio di crescita e condivisione.
A CHI SARÀ RIVOLTO
24 ragazzi e ragazze dalla prima media alla quinta superiore.
QUANDO SI TERRÀ
- Check- in – Dalle 10:00 alle 12:00 di giovedì 25 luglio presso Crossfit Bolzano
- Camp All-Inclusive – Giovedì, Venerdì, Sabato, Domenica
- Check – out – Dalle 15:00 di lunedì 29 luglio presso Crossfit Bolzano

Workouts
IN A 04:00 WINDOW
- Complete as many meters as possible on the Rower
NOTE
- Use a Concept 2 Rower
- Set on the Rower a "Single Time" Workout of 04:00
- Set Meters as units on the Rower
- Set the camera behind the Athlete so that both the Athlete and the monitor are visible in the frame
- The Athlete and the Rower must always be in the frame during all the test
- Film the monitor with the score at the end of the test
IN A 03:00 WINDOW
- Find your Max Load on a Single Rep of Clean
NOTE
- Measure Athlete's weight first thing in the morning
- Any style of Clean is permitted
- Film all the weights the Athlete intends to use, plus the barbell, before the beginning of the test
- The Athlete and the weights must always be in the frame during all the test
- If the Athlete lifts the barbell from the ground and the 3:00 window ends, the Athlete can complete the lift and score it if the rep is valid
- Film all the weights used for the last succesful lift at the end of the test

- 3 Clean @ 40% Second Test Result
- 5 Bar Muscle Up
- 7m Handstand Walk
- 9 Box Jump Over @ 24" / 20"
- 01:30 REST - Add +10% Second Test Result
20:00 AMRAP - ADVENTURER
- 1 Rope Climb
- 3 Clean @ 40% Second Test Result
- 5 Chest To Bar
- 7m Handstand Push Up

20:00 AMRAP - ROOKIE

NOTE
- Before the test film all the weight that will be used during the test
- Before the test film the height of the Box [ 24" / 20" ]
- Before the test film the height of the rope [ 4.57m ]
- Before the test film the length of the tiles for the handstand walk [ 7 tiles of 1m ]
- Before the test film the height of the bar for Burpee Target [ 15cm above the athlete standing tall with both arms straight up, both aligned with the Athlete's head ]
- Before the test film the bar [ Grip can be used. Tape on the bar can be used. Grip can not be used if the bar is taped, and viceversa ]
- Use as load reference the 1RM of Clean found during the Second Test - Weighlifting
- Barbell starts at 40% 1RM of Clean found during the Second Test - Weighlifting
- At the end of each Round add +10% 1RM of Clean found during the Second Test - Weighlifting
- Set the camera at 45° compared to the Athlete and the equipement
- The Athlete and the equipement must always be in the frame during all the test
- Film all the weights used during the test
