About This Competition
Finally the time has come!!
OLSC In-House competition. We compete in class now we can compete in competition style.
Comp will be held at Outer Limits Strength & Conditioning and will only be available to current OLSC members.
Important information
Teams of 2: Male/Female
Divisions: Intermidiate/Fitness
This is the perfect oppertunity to get involved in competition in a comfortable environment.

WORKOUT RELEASE
Workouts will NOT be released ahead of time. We will have a demo team on-site for each workout as they are announced.
ATHLETE SUBSTITUTES
This is allowed, however your sub needs to be of a similar fitness level as you. Ie; you cannot sign up for the fitness division and partner with someone well above that level, and vice versa. You need to let us know right away if there is a change in teammates.
