Rockingham CrossFit's Half-Rock Summer Series
About This Competition
The Half-Rock Summer Series will be a Hyrox style workout completed on the last Saturday of the month throughout the summer. The winner of this competition will not nessecarily be the fastest, but the most improved time at the end of the summer. There will be prizes for the winners of the Rx, Scaled and Team divisions.
Qualifying Requirements:
-You must complete 3 out of the 5 weeks on-site at Rockingham CrossFit on the last Saturday of the months
-You must enter your score into SugarWOD, with the name of your RCF Judge
-You must be present and compete on the last Saturday of the competition
-No Refunds after June 25th
