CrossFit OKC's KIDS ONLY Fitness Competion.

Join is to help the next generation celebrate health and fitness. Ages 6 to 18 are welcome to participate in the full competion with a "mini comp " for littles ages 3 to 5!

10 DB Hang Cleans 5#

This is a clean ladder immediately following the run

9 reps, 6 reps, 3 reps.

Score includes run + time to complete the ladder. 

With an 8 Min time cap, athletes will complete as many repetitions as possible of

In remaining time after the run and ladder, athletes may work up to the heaviest clean possible. It may be a power or squat. It must start from the ground.
