Workouts
The team has 9 minutes total. Each athlete is going for the heaviest weight they can successfully lift on the complex. You must start with an empty barbell. Within the 9 minutes, you can lift as many times as you like. The heaviest successful lifts of each athlete will be added together for the team’s score.
Row the distance for time. You can change as many times as you want, and as often as you like.
In this workout, athletes begin with 30 box jump overs, one at a time, broken as needed. Follow with 20 synchronized dumbbell hang snatches, performed by two athletes simultaneously. Move on to 30 toes-to-bar, with one athlete working at a time, divided as they choose. Repeat the box jumps and synchronized snatches. Then, tackle 30 chest-to-bar, with one athlete at a time. Perform the box jump overs and dumbbell snatches once more. In the remaining time of the workout, perform as many bar muscle-ups as possible.
Athletes will work on wall balls and accumulating calories on the assault bike simultaneously. Athletes are attempting to complete as many calories as possible within the time cap. Athletes are trying to get through the set amount of wall balls. Any wall balls that are not completed from the total target number will be deducted from their total calories. If all wall balls are completed before the time cap, all athletes can focus on max calories on the bike.
