About This Competition
Get ready for an unforgettable experience at the 2025 Cross Pollinator! Join us on May 17 for a single day, three-person team Competition that promises to deliver an awesome challenge for athletes of all skill levels.
Put together your dream team, consisting of one athlete from each of the following categories:
◆ Black Diamond Athlete
An athlete primed for competition, someone who typically hits programmed workouts as prescribed, including those with higher skilled movements, on the regular.
🟦Blue Square Athlete
An athlete who is familiar with the competitive environment, sometimes tackles a prescribed programmed workout and does need to scale from time to time, particularly for heavy loads or advanced gymnastics movements.
🟢Green Circle Athlete
An athlete who may or may not have experience as a competitor and is familiar with functional movements. This athlete participates in a regular work routine and often makes adjustments to match their abilities.

- Athletes must declare D-ball weight at start of workout (30, 50, 80)
- Synchronized reps are at established at the top of each movement.
- :01 off total time for each set of DBall Movements. 8 SDBC = - :01, 8 SDBS = - :01
- Teams choose which set athletes takes on the bike, but each athlete must complete one full set.
- Time is established as soon as final athlete completes the 25 calories.
- 12:00 time cap.

- All 3 Athletes work on AMRAP,
- 1 athlete working on jump rope, forced rotation on every failed attempt
- Only 2 athletes working at a time on pull ups for synchro. Forced rotation on every failed attempt.
- One athlete must perfrom the RX movement.
- All 3 athletes working conga line style on Box movements.
- Single leg jumps are 1 foot takeoff 2 foot landing.
-One legged stance must be established before jump. No stepping into the jump.

Reps: 6, 12, 18
DB Weights: 50s, 35s, 20s
Movements: Devils Press, Hang Squat Clean and Jerk, Front Rack Lunges
For each attempt, each athlete must choose a running distance, then a rep count, a weight and the movement to complete for the duration of the workout. These can change for each attempt, but it is not required.
At 3,2,1, Go, all three athletes set out on their designated runs. As soon as possible, they can start on their 36 reps. TIME will be recorded at the completion of the last rep for 1 minute of rest. After 1 minute is up, the team begins round 2 and gets another 1 minute rest, before starting round 3.
Score is your total time. 20 min Time Cap.
