Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

1 Burpee Box Jump-Over (24”/20”)

2 Toes to Bar

3 Burpee Box Jump-Overs

4 Toes to Bar

5 Burpee Box Jump-Overs

6 Toes to Bar

7 Burpee Box Jump-Overs

8 Toes to Bar

9 Burpee Box Jump-Overs

10 Toes to Bar

11 Burpee Box Jump-Overs

12 Toes to Bar

And so on…following the pattern for the full 12 minutes.

For max reps:

30 Seconds of Ground to Overhead (95/65 lbs)

Rest 30 seconds

60 Seconds of Ground to Overhead (135/85 lbs)

Rest 30 seconds

90 Seconds of Ground to Overhead (155/105 lbs)

Rest 30 seconds

120 Seconds of Ground to Overhead (185/125 lbs)

Tie-break:

On the last barbell athletes may choose to cease performing ground to overhead movements and instead perform bar facing burpees. Athletes with the same number of ground to overhead reps will be ranked based on the number of bar-facing burpees performed.

Every 4 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets) for max reps:

500 Meter Row

25 Wall Ball Shots (20 lbs to 10’/14 lbs to 9’)

Max Reps of Squat Snatches (95/65 lbs)

Athletes may work for the full 4 minutes but must return to the rower to begin the next set at the top of their new interval.
