About This Competition
Island Battle Ground gives athletes both new and experienced to competition an opportunity to challenge themselves and have a blast doing it...on the lovely island of PHUKET!

Pick your division…
Scaled: For those who are new to competing, share a common goal of functional fitness, and are working toward mastering their skills. (Men: 18 spots. Women: 12 spots).
Athletes will be able to modify any gymnastic movements such as banded pull ups or jumping pull ups. They also can move 35-65# barbell in all Olympic movements.
RX: The perfect fit for athletes who love the thrill of competition and have a passion for functional fitness at an advanced level. (Men 16 spots. Women: 16 spots).
Athletes who are able to do all movements, including muscle ups, handstand push ups, and pistols. They also can move 105# plus in all Olympic Lifts efficiently.
Master women and men- 35 years old+
Teams of 2: Male/female, intermediate. (16 spots).
Team members who are able to do pull ups, toes to bar, and move 85# plus in all Olympic Lifts efficiently.
Cost: Ealry bird registration (October 15-November 29) individual: $50. Team: $100. Normal (November 30-January 16) individual: $60. Team: $120. Late registration (January 17-February 17) individual $65. Team: $130.
To set you up for success when you arrive onsite, here’s what you need to know:
Prizes are included but not limited to: Cash, supplements, wrist wraps and fitness gear, massages, etc.
Accommodation is NOT included but there are many hotels within walking distance to the gym. Some hotels include: The Blue Hotel, Cocoville, Signature, Muay Thai House, Princess Pool Villas, Sugar Rays).
Check- In - All athletes must check in at Chalong, powered by Tiger Muay Thai. Friday between 5:00pm-8:00pm or Saturday from 7:30am and 8:15am.
Where Am I Going? – Check-in occurs at Chalong 7/35 Soi Taied Chalong, Phuket Thailand on February 22-23, 2020.
No Take-Backs – Life happens—we totally get that. But please be aware that if you cannot participate in the weekend’s events, we cannot offer a refund for any reason.
