Fight For the Fittest Online 2020
About This Competition
Due to the restrictions on fitness facilities, we were unable to host our in person event as we had planned for this year. We have decided to bring the event to you the only way we can, by doing an online global competition!
1st place in each division will win $200 and 2nd place in each division will win $100 (we will require that there be a minimum of 5 athletes/division in order to give cash prizes)
Additional prizes may be added for all podium winners (TBD based on registration).
All participants will receive a t-shirt, which will be mailed out after the completion of the event. Be sure to select your T-shirt size during registration.
Division Standards
The RX division is for athletes that would typical Rx all open workouts. The Intermediate division is for athletes that may normally scale a few open workouts due to the high level gymnastics or heavy weights. *Full division standards can be found at the registration page for each division.
Dates
All 3 Workouts will be released throughout the month of November.
All workouts must be completed with scores and videos submitted between 11/19/2020 8pm EST to 11/23/2020 8pm EST. Any scores/videos submitted after that time will not be counted. Feel free to practice, but video submissions will require a date and timestamp showing that they were completed during the scheduled time.
Videos must be recorded with the WODPROOF app and submitted via YouTube for review. Final results will be based upon judges’ review and winners will be announced the following week.

Workouts
This workout is a 7 minute AMRAP of dumbell snatches, box jump overs and single DB reverse lunges.
The reps for each movement will increase by 2 each round.(2,4,6,8,10etc)
The athelete with the highest rep count will be the winner. The tiebreaker is your rep count with 4 minutes remaining in the workout.
RX MALE: 50lb DB, 24inch box
RX FEMALE: 35LB DB, 20 inch box
INTERM MALE: 40LB DB, 24 inch box
INTERM FEMALE: 30 LB DB, 20 inch box
7 Minute AMRAP (decending clock)
2 alternating DB snatches, 2 box jump overs and 2 DB reverse lunges
4 alternating DB snatches, 4 box jump overs and 4 DB reverse lunges
6 alternating DB snatches, 6 box jump overs and 6 DB reverse lunges
8 alternating DB snatches, 8 box jump overs and 8 DB reverse lunges
Reps will continue to increase by 2 each round until time is completed.
Your tiebreaker is reps completed with 4 minutes remaining
This workout is a 2 part workout. The total time for this workout is 10 minutes.
Part A is 3 minute row for max meters. Part B will be completed in the remaining 7 minutes (see workout 2B description)
This must be completed on the concept2 rowing erg.
Workout 2b is the second part of workout 2a.
With the remaining 7 minutes after completing workout 2a (3min max row for meters) the athlete will complete the following complex.
The complex:
1 Clean(power or squat clean) + 2 front squats + 1 shoulder to overhead
Workout 3 is for time with a 16 minute time cap.
The athlete with the fastest time will win.
The tiebreaker will be the athlete's time after they have completed the last rep of the bar facing burpees.
RX Male: 225#, RX Female: 155#
Intermediate Male: 185#, Intermediate Female: 135#
