About This Competition

This is a an exclusively Masters Competition.  MM or FF teams of 2.  Both RX and Scaled Divisions available.  This will be a done with the first half of the Comp (Scaled Division will go First starting at 8:05am ending by 1130am), RX Division will start at 12 noon ending by 330pm.  Canopies wont be necessary.  We will limit the number of total teams to 48 total teams regardless of how many end up in each division.  Ideally we'd like 12 teams per division.  

We'll allow Substitutes up until day of so long as they meet the age requirement on day of comp.  35 or older with a combined age of 80.

We'll commit to doing our absolute best to run a fun, organized on time well Judged event.  No refunds, good sportsmanship and a fun attitude are a must,... after all your doing a comp called "Old Dirty Masters"  Have fun and do your best statying in your lane competing with people your own age.  Good luck!

11 Minute AMRAP

-35 Cal ski

-40 Toes to bar (Hanging Knees to waist for scaled/open standards)

-45 Synchro Single arm (either arm), DB Hang Clean & Jerks 50/35rx, 35/20scaled)

-Max Dumbbell facing burpees

4min immediately after wod 1 to earn your Best sucessful lift in the following complex

1 hang Clean (Any meaning squat, power or muscle clean)

2 Front Squats

9 Minute amrap, 1 partner works one rests and may switch at any time.

Rx does 3 Muscle ups or 9 pull ups. 

Scaled does 9 Pull ups or 18 Ring Rows (Feet under Pull up Bar).

15 Thrusters 95/65rx, 75/55 scaled

25 Double Unders rx (scaled may do 25 Double Unders or 50 Single Unders)

(once you start with Muscle ups, Ring Rows or Pull ups you must stay with that movement for the remainder of the round, you may go back and forth between the two Gymnastic movements assigned to your division in the following rounds.  For example, round 1 you opt for Pull ups, round 2 you opt for Rings, last round back to pull ups.  But once you start on one movement you must stay on that gymnastics movement for the remainder of that round.)

Partner A must hold D-ball 100/80 rx, 80/55 scaled in order for partner B to work and reps to count.  Plate OH lunges in place 45/25rx, 25/15 scaled must be OH locked out is optional.  Must touch the ground with knees and fully extend at hips and knees simultaneously to count as a good rep. Score is MAX lunges.

 

4 Minute amrap:
