About This Competition

This will be our first ever same gender pairs competition

There will be two divisions

 

EVERYDAY LEAGUE

12x female pairs

12x male pairs

 

PRO LEAGUE

6x female pairs

12x male pairs

 

Itinerary

Registration: 08:00

Athlete briefing: 08:30

Warm up: 08:45

Four workouts per division

Workout 1: 09:00 - 10:43

Workout 2: 10:54 - 12:30

Workout 3: 12:40 - 14:02

Workout 4: 14:14 - 15:50

Final: 16:00

(top 2 in each division qualify for final)

Podiums: 17:30

 

All workouts will be released on the day, one workout at a time

The top 2 pairs in each division will qualify for the final, winner takes all in the winner

Prizes for all pairs in the final in each divisions!

 

Ticket price will include:–

• Competing

• Sports Massage

• Physio

• Non alcoholic beers 

• Professional photographs

 

Food & drink

The coffee shop at HQ will be open from 8am.

 

Phatbird UK will be feeding all athletes, spectators & judges from 11am, serving you the best chicken wings & burgers in town!

No pre orders, first come first serve

 

Parking 

All athletes, spectators & volunteers can park in the main car park at JJK HQ.

 

Spectators come for free & they don’t need to book tickets, the atmosphere at our Gameday’s is electric… the more support the better!

 

This is not a CrossFit competition, this is a functional fitness competition

15 Synchro DB Hang Snatches (10kg)

10 CTF Burpee Box Step Ups (20”)


E3MOM complete 5 synchro barbell sumo deadlift high pulls each (25)


Notes:

Break up calories & burpee box jumps up as you wish

Build to a heavy 3RM STOH

Build to a heavy 3RM Deadlift 


Notes:

1 person does STOH

1 person does deadlift

1 bar only

As soon as you swap with partner, you can’t swap back

Clips must be on to score

You can help your partner load / unload the bar

10 Rounds for Time:

6 KB Squat Thrusters

6 KB Russian Swings


Notes:

1 full round each, the other rests

2 rounds each at 6

2 rounds each at 8

1 rounds each at 10

KB scaled at 12

Buy In - 400m Assault Runner

60 wall balls (6kg - IGYG)

40 Synchro Prisoner Forward Lunges 

20 Ski-Erg Calories (IGYG)

10 Synchro DB Devils Press (10kg)


Notes:

All of the above will be completed with a 10kg weighted vest on

One athlete cannot start wall balls until both complete 400m

One athlete cannot start devils press until 20 calories complete

Wall balls at 8ft

600m Row + 1200m Bike-Erg

12 KB2 Power Cleans (2x8kg)


400m Row + 800m Bike-Erg

8 KB2 Power Cleans (2x12kg)


200m Row + 400m Bike-Erg

4 KB2 Power Cleans (2x16kg)


Any Remaining Time = Max Distance Row + Bike

Pairs can change CV kit whenever
