12 days of Christmas style workout - ascent ladder. 

 


1 wall walk 

2 burpee over bar 

3 hang cleans 40/25kg 

4 thrusters 40/25kg 

5 pull ups/10 banded pull ups 

6 front rack barbell lunges 40/25kg

7 toes to bar/14 hanging knee raises 

8 barbell push press 40/25kg 

9 sit ups 

10 box overs 24/20’’

11 wall balls 9/7kg 10/9 ft target

The way the workout works is 

 


1 wall walk

1 wall walk + 2 burpee over bar

1 wall walk + 2 burpee over bar + 3 hang cleans 

Etc

1 deadlift 100/70kg  

2 hand release press ups 

3 dumbbell front rack box step over (1 dumbbell) 22.5/15kg 

4 pull ups 

5 alt devil press 22.5/15kg 

6 oh lunge 22.5/15kg (1 dumbbell) 

7 t2b 

8 dumbbell alt hang squat cleans 22.5/15kg 

9 sit ups 

10 cal assault bike 

11 call ski 

12 wall walks 

 

workout conducted as follows - 

 

1 deadlift 

1 deadlift + 2 press ups 

1 deadlift + 2 press ups + 3 box step overs 

etc
