Pour sa nouvelle édition le Walrus Contest vous acceuillera au Complexe Sportif Pierre de Coubertin à Castelnaudary.
🔹Pour la première journée il est conseillé de maîtriser:
🤙🏽GYM: T2B, Pull-up
🤙🏽 HALTÉRO: 40/30Kg HF. 45/40Kg HH
🎛 *ADAPTATIONS:
1 T2B 👉🏼 5 KNEES-UP
1 Pull-up 👉🏼 3 Jumping Pull-up
🔝2 divisions le dimanche
⚙️ RX & Intermédiaire
Samedi 8 juillet, vous serez tous testés sur les mêmes WOD, qui évalueront l’ensemble de votre fitness.
Pour la gym, il y aura des adaptations possibles.
Les personnes utilisant celles-ci seront automatiquement classées dans la catégorie intermédiaire pour la journée de dimanche.
Pour les autres, le classement établira votre catégorie pour le lendemain.
Dimanche, adaptation possible pour la catégorie intermédiaire.
Pas d’adaptation pour les RX.
