C4K COMP 2023
About This Competition
We are excited to announce that we are hosting the annual C4K Competition at CrossFit Iliad!
**All proceeds will go to supporting our mission at Organización de Amigos**
Our vision at AMIGOS is to provide fitness programming that offers a positive and supportive environment for youth to channel their talents and foster a love for fitness and movement. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to have access to after school extracurricular activities at little or no cost. This competition will help us raise the funds we need to start implementing CrossFit after school programs in Beaverton and Hillsboro School District. It also helps us provide sponsorships for our youth to attend established CrossFit youth programs in the area.
C4K 2023 Information
Competition day is on October 21ST. Early bird registration opens on June 10th. Early bird registration ends on midnight June 30th. Teams have until September 19th to register.
Two Person Teams: MM / FF (Ages 18+)
Divisions:
Rx
Intermediate
Beginner
Registration
Early bird registration: $140 per team (Open from June 10th - June 30th)
Regular registration: $155 per team (Deadline to register is September 19th)
Registration includes a t-shirt for each teammate. T-Shirt deadline is August 15th.
Prizes
Top three male and female teams in each division will receive a trophy and prize bag.

Workouts
Example (for RX): Partner A does 21 cals while Partner B does 21 snatches. Then switch to complete 21 reps again. Once each partner has done 21 then they move on to 15s.
Time Cap to complete reps is 9 minutes.

LIFTING EVENT
RX and Intermediate Divisions have 8 minutes to build to a top heavy 7 rep overhead squat. The score is the combined total of successful lift made by both athletes.
Beginners will have 8 minutes to build to a top heavy 7 rep front squat.
This is done as you go I go. (P1 does a round while P2 rests then switch)
