Hybrid
Individual, Same Sex Pairs and Mixed Sex Pairs, direct entry into open categories:
Endurance event with a big, fun but testing workout!

08:00 - 08:30 - Athlete Registration
08:30 - 08:45 - Athlete Briefing
09:00 - 10:00 - Heat 1 - Individual Male
10:15 - 11:15 - Heat 2 - Individual Female
11:30 - 12:30 - Heat 3 - Same Sex Pairs MM
12:45 - 13:45 - Heat 4 - Same Sex Pairs FF
14:00 - 15:00 - Heat 5 - Mixed Pairs
13:00 - Event Wrap Up
Podiums will be done directly after each heat/divison.

600m Team Run
MIXED SEX PAIRS:
AMRAP60
50 Wall Balls (6kg)
50 Calorie Row
50 Burpee Box Ups (20")
50 D-Ball over Shoulder (30kg)
50 Forward Lunges (20kg)
*Every 10:00 minutes, and on 0:00:
600m Team Run
Score: Total reps
- Pairs will complete the 600m Run together, Hyrox style - staying with their partner, and split all remaining work YGIG.
- Workload can be split anyhow.
- All athletes in Mixed Sex Pairs will use the same weights for all movements.
