About This Competition

What a better way to start the summer competition season than with a MM/FF partner competition at F13 Performance!

This will be a one day competition with RX/Scaled and Masters 40+ teams. All atheltes on a Masters team must be 40+ at the time of the Competition. The event will be capped at 50 total teams. All participants will recieve an event specific Tank Top. We will award the top 3 teams in each division.

Movements You Might See:

RX:

Any form of pull up

Muscle Ups - Finals Only (minimum 1 athlete)

Snatchs (full or power)

Clean and Jerk (full or power)

Any form of squat

Handstand Push Ups (minimum 1 athlete)

Handstand Walk (minimum 1 athlete)

Box Jumps 24/20

Sandbag to shoulder 150/100

DB Movements 50/35

Thrusters 135/95

Scaled

Ring Rows

Pull Ups - Final Only (minimum 1 athlete)

Bear Crawl

Box Step Ups 24/20

Dumbbell Movements 35/20

Thrusters 95/65

Clean and Jerk (power or full)

Snatch (power or full)

Any form of squat

Sandbags 100/70

Masters 40+

Same as RX except

Masters could see Bar MU's HSPU or HSW in finale event - 1 athlete must be able to perform the movments

total points wins, both working athletes lift at the same time, there will be 2 judges counting reps. Any form of snatch/clean count but move fast...

 

9 Min AMRAP

Switch athletes anytime you want but you must have someone on the rower the entire workout rowing for CALs - The CALs will be added to your total Reps and They will be used as the Tie Break if there is an overall tie after 4 events

40 Burpees To Crossbar - all divisions

30 Box Jump Overs 24/20 RX/Masters Scaled may step

20 Alt DB Hang Squat Snatches 50/35 RX - 20 Alt DB Hang Power Snatches 50/35 Masters 35/20 Scaled

10 Sandbag Over The Shouder 150/100 RX/Masters 100/70 Scaled

You must switch pairings after each rd - one pairing will do rds 1/3/5 the other will do rds 2/4

One pairing completes the entire workout then the second pairing completes the entire workout for time.

Partner not working hangs from pull up bar rx/masters - Scaled partner not working holds prone plank (top of push up)

20 Toes To Bar RX/Masters 20 Ab Mat Sit Ups With Med Ball 14/10 Scaled

Partner not working holds wall sit with med ball RX/Masters Scaled partner not working holds wall sit NO Med Ball

40 Wall Balls (partner hang / prone plank)

20 Toes To Bar/ Med Ball Sit Ups (Partner wall sit)

20 Wall Balls (Partner hang/ Prone Plank)

20 Toes To Bar/ Med Ball Sit Ups (partner wall sit)

The pairing 2 goes - they are released from holding area with a tag from pairing 1

Workout is completed when pairing 2 completes the workout or the 18 min timecap is hit
