About This Competition

The Annual Test of Fitness at Cerus Fitness. See how you stack up in the four pillars of fitness: Speed, Strength, Agility and Endurance.

This year all testing is done IN PERSON and on site. There are set testing windows for each event and weekly deadlines for score submission:

Endurance (Due 3/26 by 8:00pm)
3/21- 5:30pm-7:30pm
3/22- 12pm-2pm
3/26- 5:30pm-7:30pm


Strength (Due 4/2 by 8:00pm)
3/28- 5:30pm-7:30pm
3/29- 12pm-2pm
4/2- 5:30pm-7:30pm


Speed + Agility (Both Due 4/11 by 8:00pm)
4/4- 5:30pm-7:30pm
4/5- 12pm-2pm
4/9- 5:30pm-7:30pm
4/11- 5:30pm-7:30pm
