About This Competition

Grab a partner & come & have some fun in our M/F Pairs CrossFit/functional fitness competition based on the beautiful Surf Coast in VIC.
We will have 3 divisions over the weekend:
- Intermediate - incorporating Open movement standards.
- Masters 40+ - keep the skill, drop some weights.
- Everyday Athlete - Open scaled standards.

Early Bird entry: $180 per team until 5pm Friday 11/11/2022 then it will increase to $220 per team until sold out.
No refunds on entries. Substitutions up to 5pm Thursday 5/1/2023.
What to bring:
- Standard workout gear for around 6-8 workouts.
- Swimming gear - you are going to get wet!
- Sunscreen.

Each partner rows 1000m for time back to back. Rest in remaining time before starting Part 2.
Score is total time for both partners.

Partner A: run/paddle board
Partner B: 200m run/swim
Partner snatch ladder.
50 seconds to complete lift – 10 seconds to rotate.
Score = total max weight of both partners
