About This Competition

Monkey Wrench Games 2022 

Where: CrossFit Wild West 

8502 Memphis Drive Lubbock, TX 79423 

What: Individual CrossFit Compeititon

(RX and Scaled Divisions) 

 

In year two of this competition expect to do some WORK, If you've competed with us before then you know how we like to push the boundaries with programming and we plan to show off everyons fitness across 4 workouts and a 5th workout for the top athletes in each division. 

Once signed up we will not be able to offer any refunds; we can transfer your purchase but the CC platform is difficult to work with on refunds! 

Workouts will NOT be released until the day of the competition; BUT we will be releasing hints/standards/videos/polls ect. leading up to the event so follow us on social media @crossfitwildwest (Instagram) and CrossFit Wild West and Wild West Fitness Competitions (Facebook)

*Judges: SNATCHES MUST BE ONE "SMOOTH" MOTION OVERHEAD. CLEAN AND JERKS MUST RUN THROUGH A FRONT RACK POSITION. BOTH MOVEMENTS CAN BE SQUAT OR POWER BUT FROM GROUND (NOT HANG).

**Judges: USE TALLY MARKS FOR EACH 25' INCREMENT AND ADD THEM UP AT THE END. NO PARTIAL CREDIT FOR <25' INCREMENT. MARK WITH FOOT WHERE LAST LEFT OFF ON BOTH MOVEMENTS.
