Workouts

During the first 4 minutes, one score will be total calories on rower. Can switch at any time. After the 4 minute row is complete, one athlete works and one rests until movements are complete.

For Time 50 Single Arm KB Snatch (53/35) 40 Toes 2 Bar 30 Goblet Squats (70/53) 20 Burpees 10 Headcutters (70/53) Sx: 50 Single Arm KB Snatch (35/25) 40 Hanging Knee Raises 30 Goblet Squats (53/35) 20 Burpees 10 Headcutters (53/35) During the first 4 minutes, one score will be total calories on rower. 21-15-9 Wall Balls 9-6-3 Power Cleans Round 1: 185/125 Round 2: 155/105 Round 3: 135/95 Sx: Round 1: 115/75 Round 2: 95/65 Round 3: 75/55 Athletes will perform 21 total wallballs, 9 Power Cleans, 15 Wallballs, 6 Power Cleans, 9 Wallballs, 3 Power Cleans One works, One rests. May switch as see fit. P/Cl weight goes down each round.

8 minute AMRAP 30 Chest 2 Bar 50 Thrusters 75/55 100 Calorie Assault Bike Sx: 30 Pull ups 50 Thrusters 45/35 100 Calorie Assault Bike One works/one rests. Break reps as you see fit.

6 minutes for both partners to establish 1-rep max bench press. Score = Total weight - Teams Body weight (taken at check-in)

Each partner gets one minute on the ski erg. Total calories of the team.
