ELFIT Burpee Challenge
About This Competition
We've decided to break the silence and start a series of online challenges!
ELFIT Burpee Challenge is an online challenge with the intent to motivate everyone stuck at home!
About the Challenge:
You have to complete as many burpees as you can in time, you will be able to choose between the 60min, 30min or 15min challenge, your total number of reps completed will be your score.
Who can Register?
The event is an invitation for everyone and anyone, no age restrictions, no region restriction, no fitness level is required, the event is suitable for everyone, kids, beginners, masters and professional athletes.
Event Details:
- Registration: 100% Free
- When: Tuesday 30 June 2020
- Where: You can do the workout anywhere and anytime you want and submit the results on the event day
- Divisions: 3 Divisions; 60min Challenge, 30min Challenge, 15min Challenge
- Leaderboard: each divison will have its own leadboard
- Score: We will use an "honest policy" which means no videos & no judges
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Upon completion of the workout, the athletes must submit their score via Competition Corner no later than 11:59PM EET on Tuesday, June 30th to see results on the leaderboard.

WHAT'S THE WOD?
The WOD is an AMRAP 60, 30, 15 minuites burpees. The athlete will complete as many burpees as possible in 60, 30, 15 minutes. Your total number of repetitions completed will be your score.
