We're back! The 2022 SLO County Games will take place at Headstrong Fit on November 12 & 13, 2022

Movement Standards:
Scaled Teams Division: CrossFit for less than a year or first competition, movements will be at the level with the CrossFit Open Scaled standards.
RX Teams: You consistently do your Box programming at the RX level without scaling or modifying.
RX+ Individuals: You always do your Box programming at the RX level and occasionally scale-up your weights and/or you are a quarterfinals-level athlete.

25ft Handstand Walk
Squat Snatches (155/115)
Format:
Interval 1 - 1st Teammate
Interval 2 - 2nd Teammate
Interval 3 - Work together
Must switch every 2 snatches
Score = total snatches
Scaled Teams:
3x3-min intervals with no rest
75 Single Unders
Overhead Double Dumbell Carry (50/35)
Squat Snatches (95/65)
Format:
Interval 1 - 1st Teammate
Interval 2 - 2nd Teammate
Interval 3 - Work together
Must switch every 2 snatches
Score = total snatches
Snatches can be completed as a Power into Overhead Squat if needed.
