About This Competition
2023 FITC COMBINE - GOAT SHED FITNESS - SOMERSET - MALE / FEMALE / MIXED PAIRS
We are excited to take our UK Pairs Fittest in the City comp to The Goat Shed Fitness.
The Turf Games Fittest in the City Pairs COMBINE is a pairs competition where athletes will compete in 4 back to back workouts across a 'COMBINE', testing various aspects of their fitness in a fun, fast paced, competition style format. The winning teams from each division below will win prizes from our partners.

Saturday 20th May, from 11am
The 'COMBINE' will be
- Male
- Female
- Mixed
There will be two Divisions of competition -
- Open Athletes
- Elite Athletes
The first heat will start at 10am, with the last heat starting at 16.00pm.
Your heat start time will be provided to you minimum one week before the event. You will not be required for the full duration of the day. You will complete 4 x 10 minute time capped workouts with a 6 minute break in between each workout - taking a total 58 minutes. For example, if your start time is 2pm - workout 1 will be 2pm, workout 2 - 2.16pm, workout 3 - 2.33pm and workout 4 - 2.48pm. You should arrive minimum 30 minutes before your heat start time to warm up and get ready to hit the TURF. You can leave once your heat is finished. If you win, you will be notified via email/Instagram.
COST
Entry - The cost is £90 per pair (£45/athlete).
Any weight or movements that we stipulate (like DBs, KBs etc) will be appropriate to that level - see below link for guidance and more information on the format including example workouts. Each workout will be judged and will have scores on our LIVE! Leaderboard. By the end of the day, winners will be crowned across each of the categories above.
