TEAMS OF SAME SEX 3'S


Events inside and outside of the gym …


Making use of the whole park that ForestFlow is situated on and even rounding out the day with beer and BBQ's for those who would like to stick around!


Goodie bags included & competitions profits are being donated to the 180 Project, who support those moving through drug and alcohol recovery / young people at risk & those most at risk In our society through CrossFit and professional help.


SCALED:

We will be keeping this super simple and super accessible. This category is made for the individual who may never have partaken in a competition before and this is that first step! The environment will empower and you will do things you didn't think possible, which is always the buzz of a competition!

If you have been CrossFitting for anywhere between a couple of months to a year/2 years this category may be for you. If you can do a couple of gymnastics movements, but don't have more than 2-3 of each then this may just be for you. If you can deadlift your body weight and not too much more, just yet, then this may be for you.


RX:

we will be adding a couple of skills in here, but the main difference will be the load. There will be allocated loads for DB's and barbells that are in line with most open standards of the UK. This category is made for those who can complete most high skill movements in CrossFit, have been in the game a little bit of time and are all around great supporters/community members.


(Camping may be an option and we have links to local holiday homes around the area, so if yourself and some fellow box friends are coming along feel free to reach out to us for some more information to make a weekend of it)
