MF London Mixed Pairs
About This Competition
MF Mixed Pairs at MF London in Wandsworth.
MF Mixed Pairs is a competition where athletes will compete in 4 events. Testing various aspects of their strength and fitness in a fun competition style format. The competition will have a maximum of 24 mixed pairs and will be in a league format. Top 4 will then play off in the final where scores will be re-set and all the top pairs 4 will have the same advantage to be on the podium. If there is a tie break in the final, the winners will be who came higher in the 4 events table.
Workout 1 will be released on the 2nd Sep.
Workout 2 will be released on the 9th Sep.
Workout 3 will be released on the 16th Sep.
Workout 4 will be released on the 23rd Sept.
Only pairs who have signed up will get to view the workouts on these dates. The final workout will be released 1 hour before the final.

15 MINUTE AMRAP
10x SYNCHRO BAG TO SHOULDER @ 40/20kg
10x SYNCHRO GOBLET SQUAT @ 20/15kg DB
10x SYNCHRO BURPEE TO PLATE JUMP
STARTING WITH, AND AFTER EVERY 10 reps, (each exercise) 1 ATHLETE MUST COMPLETE 20 SEC ON THE TREADMILL. THE TIME SHOWN ON THE TREADMILL IS THE START TIME AND YOU MUST COMPLETE 20 SECONDS FROM THAT TIME. THE JUDGE WILL ASSIST. ONCE THE 20 SECONDS IS COMPLETE, YOU THEN COME OFF AND COMPLETE THE NEXT 10 REPS. TREADMILL STAYS ON THROUGHOUT, DO NOT RESET. YOU MUST CHANGE ATHLETE EACH TIME.
