About This Competition

Bring your team and challenge 4-time World's Fittest Man, Rich Froning and his world class team of athletes! This team competition gives athletes from all over the world a chance to showcase their fitness skills, all while raising money for a great cause.

All proceeds from this event go to support the Mustard Seed Ranch.

Event Details

  • 3-person. same-sex teams
  • Rx and Scaled divisions
  • $400 Team registration

Sign Up Instructions

  • Choose a Team Captain, Team Captain should have individual email addresses and shirt sizes for all team members.
  • Team Captain registers and pays for your team.
  • Entire team will receive an email.

Our facility also includes a warm up area and will be staffed with local health professionals on hand to work on the athletes throughout the event.

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places for Men and Women Rx and Men and Women Scaled.

  • Competitor 2 - 100 Double Unders, 20 Snatches (135/85), 30/20 chest to bar pullups
  • Competitor 3 - 100 Double Unders, 15 Snatches (155/95), 15/10 bar muscle ups

Scaled - Relay Style

  • Competitor 1 - 100 Bar Hops, 25 snatches (95/55), 30 pull ups
