About This Competition
Hello boys and girls,
Spree CrossFit has invited CrossFit Icke members to come together on Easter Monday for a nervrocking Easter Bash.
What is on Spree’s mind?
We want to do some sports, enjoy food and drinks.
Call it a battle between CrossFit Icke and Spree CrossFit. Well, Monday will show how it will be.
IT IS TIME TO HAVE SOME FUN! :)
We welcome everyone of you!
Everyone - you, spectators, family members, friends and also, you, as an athlete, the one who with your team members will sweat during workouts.
What is on the Menu for this Easter Bash?
Team of 4 workouts for mixed* (2M/2F or 3M/1F) teams.
No DIVISIONS, because the workouts will be written for all CrossFit levels and will be doable for everyone.
Remember, we want to have fun and NOT imitate next level CrossFit Games.
There will be no Muscle Ups, Handstandwalks, however, keep in mind to have in your team someone who can do the movements you can not do.
Time for Arrival, Athlete Briefing and Workouts will be announced after closing the registration.
There will be 3 workouts and one final workout. **
So far we know that our morning will start with Cardio workout, go into strength test leading into Gymnastic work. Final workout will be short and spicy.
After working out we will have some food and drinks. Time to recharge and recover.

Every Team should take 1 judge with them. Judge should register via Competition Corner as Volunteer. Team without judge will not be participation at the event.
All movements will be judged based on Crossfit movement standards.
Please, register your team here, on Competition Corner until 19th of March, so Spree team can plan the final time table and the BBQ part.

Every min 10 Box Jump overs, then max cal AB

Modus: Team & Athlete Pair work - split as needed, switch as needed

Team athletes should complete the reps within 20 min.
Switch as needed. Pay attention to Sync movements or reps done by 4 athletes together.
One Athlete can also do all reps.
Modus: Sync work
Two athletes working at the same time while sharing one barbell.
Max unbroken reps Partner Deadlift in 10 min Time *
* When break - penalty sync 5 Toes To Bar
Score: total weight moved (weight x reps)

Team can work together and switch as they want, however the same athlete pair who is doing deadlifts need to do also the toes to bar.
Athlete switch can happen only after completing set of penalty toes to bar.
Team use only one barbell.
Team choose the weight they would like to lift. Weight can be changed after first 5 min of work.
Example: if one pair is working first 5 min and using one weight then after first 5 min the second pair can change the weight on the barbell and start lifting. This weight change should be communicated with the judge before the workout start.
Score: total weight moved (weight on the bar x reps) in 10 min.
