It’s time to put your training to the test. Our in-house CrossFit competition is back — and it’s going to be epic.
Expect grit, sweat, and a whole lot of support from your UNITY crew as you take on challenging workouts, push your limits, and celebrate what your body can do.
Whether you're here to compete or cheer, the energy in the mill will be electric. All levels welcome — this is about fun, fitness, and community.

Workouts
A Unity twist on the classic Acid Bath.
For time 8 min Cap.
Athlete A - 500m Ski
Athlete B -500m Row
Athlete C - 1000m Bike
Each Athlete will choose just 1 Concept machine each to tackle.
At 3 2 1 Go Athlete A will move to complete 500m Ski erg.
Once completed they then will head to the Echo bike and start 1B.
Athlete 2 will then be releised to move to the 500m Row.
Once complete they can join Athlete 1 on the 1B.
Athlete 3 will then move to the Bike erg for 1000m.
Once Athlete 3 has finished and joined the rest of the team the timer stops for 1A and that is your time for the leaderboard.
In the remaining time Workout 1B is taking place till the 8 min cap is finished.
Workout 1B is Max Calories on the Echo Bike.
Once each Athlete has finished their Concept Machine they can help and switch a many times as they want on the Echo Bike.
Total Calories will be taken afte the 8 minute cap has finished.
In a EMOM format each Athlete will have their own Minute to complete a lift.
That lift will be a Complex of 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean.
The Athletes can perform a Power or Squat clean it doesnt matter.
After the first clean has been completed the bar must only reset at the hips and not back on the floor for the Hang clean.
The hang Clean can be from anywhere above the knee.
The lift is completed when your Judge lowers their hand/ Says completed lift.
The score is a total of all Athletes top lift combined.
3 - 2 -1 Go the Athletes will follow this order.
12 Min Time Cap.
Athlete 1 - 50 Double unders (Inter 30DU/ 60Singles) ( Fitness 60 Single unders)
Atheltes 2 and 3 - 30 Sync Burpees
Athlete 1 - 50 Double unders (Inter 30DU/ 60Singles) ( Fitness 60 Single unders)
Athelte 2 - 50 Double unders (Inter 30DU/ 60Singles) ( Fitness 60 Single unders)
Athlete 1 and 3 - 30 Sync Bar Thursters 15/20. (Fitness 8kg)
Athlete 2 - 50 Double unders (Inter 30DU/ 60Singles) ( Fitness 60 Single unders)
Athlete 3 - 50 Double unders (Inter 30DU/ 60Singles) ( Fitness 60 Single unders)
Athlete 1 and 2 - 30 Sync Toes to Bar - (Inter 1 Hang 1 TTB) (Fitness 10 Syn Knee Raises)
Athlete 3 - 50 Double unders (Inter 30DU/ 60Singles) ( Fitness 60 Single unders)
Key points
RX and Fitness will follow this order. Once an Athlete has started the Dubs they are not allowed to join the other two athletes on the Sync Movement.
Inter - Athletes can split the work how they wish and dont follow the RX Format.

20 STOH -(40/60-30/50- 25)
10 BMU/ 20 C2B - 10 Pull ups - 20 Ring Rows
