"Fitness på tid"
- En online tune up til Open, der starter 14 dage senere.
En online konkurrence med to events, der løber af stablen fra fredag d. 26. februar kl. 8.00 til søndag d. 28. februar kl. 23.00
Workouts offentliggøres fredag d. 26. februar kl. 8.00
Deadline for score submissions d. 28. februar 2021 kl. 23.00
Det vil kun kræve et minimum af udstyr at gennemføre workoutsene:
1) Sjippetov + Kettlebell (24 kg for mænd / 16 kg for kvinder)
ELLER
2) Sjippetov + Dumbbell (22,5 kg for mænd / 15 kg for kvinder)
Derudover er der også skalerede rækker, hvor dumbbells skal veje 15 kg for mænd og 10 kg for kvinder og kettlebells 16 kg for mænd og 12 kg for kvinder.
