About This Competition

On Saturday 8 June Ahikā CrossFit are hosting our annual In-House Competition. This is a same-sex, fun pairs competition where you get the opportunity to challenge yourself in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Cindy from Off the Bar Photography will be there to capture the event, and DJ Jody will be there working the decks.

The BBQ will be on after so please bring a plate to koha to the table. Your whānau are of course welcome to join us during the day and for the kai.

As always, this is a charity event. We don't charge for the day, but would appreciate you bringing a cash koha for our charity of choice, which is KaiBosh Food Rescue. KaiBosh link the food industry with community groups that support people in need ensuring that quality surplus food reaches those who are struggling rather than being needlessly discarded. This benefits both our community and our environment. Please bring cash and give generously.
