About This Competition
Join us on the 25/02/2023 for a fun scaled functional fitness competition at area 51 fitness. Located in Crewe Cheshire.
same sex pairs with prizes (non cash value) for the top 3 teams in each category.
2 males or 2 females will make up a team.
You will undertake 4 events throughout the day each with a 10 minute time scale.
Entry is £30 per team with a limit of 20 teams for each division.
Athlete briefing will take place at 08:30 with the first event getting started at 9am.
Teams will be judged on movement standards .
Minimum standards will be (but not limited to)
Deadlift 60/40kg
Barbell clean 40/30kg
Barbell thruster 40/30kg
Dumbbell movements 15/10kg
Box jumps 24/18’’
Kettlebell movements 24/16kg
Spectators welcome free of charge.
Full toilet and shower facilities on site along with vendors selling a variety of food and supplements.
The premises offers a large area for functional fitness with an array of equipment that can and will be utilised for the competition.

Partner 1 will go when the starting bell rings and complete the workout, they will then run back to the assault bike where partner 2 will be waiting, partner 1 has to tag partner 2 in before they can start. The event will finish when partner 2 has run back to assault bike.
20/15 calorie assault bike

10 burpee box jumps
Partner 1 will go when the starting bell rings and complete the workout, they will then run back to the assault bike where partner 2 will be waiting, partner 1 has to tag partner 2 in before they can start. The event will finish when partner 2 has run back to assault bike.
