About This Competition


CrossFit 845 is back with their seventh competition. Fittest Alive in the 845 Team Edition is taking over Summer with our most exciting event yet. 


We've got fitness.
We've got food.
And we'll have a whole lot of fun/

 Teams of 2 (m/m and f/f) will compete in three tests of strength, speed and endurance to be crowned the Fittest Alive. The RX divisions will also compete in a final WOD. 

Scaled Divisions are capped at 16 teams.
RX Divisions are capped at 32 teams.

We've got our largest prize pool yet (over $5000) with prizes for event wins and first, second and third place winners. The Fittest RX teams will walk away with a $1000 check.

Workouts

4 x 400m Run

1 RM Snatch

While Partner A is running 400m, Partner B is working to establish a 1RM snatch. When partner A returns from their 400m run, they will work to establish a 1RM and Partner B will head out to complete 400m.

Each athlete will complete two 400m intervals and have 2 intervals to establish a 1 RM snatch. There must be a successful lift made by each athlete in their first round.

The snatch will start with the bar on the floor. Squat, power, and split are all acceptable.

Scoring: There will be TWO scores for this event. Fastest mile and heaviest combined snatch (total of partner a & b’s heaviest lift).

Time Cap: RX Men= 9min RX Women/scaled Men= 10min scaled Women= 11min





4 x 400m Run

1 RM Snatch

While Partner A is running 400m, Partner B is working to establish a 1RM snatch. When partner A returns from their 400m run, they will work to establish a 1RM and Partner B will head out to complete 400m.
