Teams are made up of same sex pairs.
One division- 'Open'
This competition is about work capacity and teamwork. Any 'high skill' work will be shared across the team, meaning you don't get stopped in your tracks. Below are some standards to give you an idea of what you may face on the day:

Pull ups/ Assisted pull ups
20/24 Box jumps/ steps
Barbell 25/40
Dumbbell 10/15
Kettlebell 16/24
Every team is guaranteed 4 workouts.
No qualifiers, just sign up and turn up. Prizes for top teams!
