Standards:
Deadlifts - Traditional or Sumo Deadlifts are allowed as this is a powerlifter’s dream. Bar must start on the ground and be deadlifted until the knees and hips are locked out with the shoulders behind the bar. Bouncing the weight is prohibited.
This event is an exact remake of the first event of the last Pairanormal…and the final event of the last Pairanormal competition; hence, the name The Reprint.
Part A - 0:00 - 6:00 minutes
1 Rep Max Snatch. Athlete A will have a 30 second window to complete 1 Snatch every 2 minutes. Athlete may have 2 attempts in this 30 second window at the same weight. Every 2 minutes athlete may change weights. Weights may be moved up or down every 2 minutes.
