We are thrilled you want attend our event. Information regarding the competition date, workouts and divisions can all be found on our landing page. From here, you can also register, view leaderboards, buy tickets to make donations, and more!


100% of the proceeds (minus the cost of prizes and hosting) will go to the local food bank!

FGB Workout 1

Perform each exercise for 1min. The clock is running, not stopped time.

Doas many reps of each in your 1 min time cap per exercise. Take 1 min rest between rounds.


Squat

Push Ups

Sit Ups

Burpees

Lunge Jumps


Score is total reps of all 3 rounds

FOR TIME

10 -1-10

Single Arm Snatches (total)

10 lateral burpees over dumbell


i.e. 10 snatches, 10 burpees, 9, 9, 8,8 etc


Complete full ladder down and up and record finishing time.

RX division - dumbells for women- 20lbs, men - 30lbs

For play division - light weight or no weight is fine.

Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Each rep counts!
