About This Competition

The MVMNT Project is a team based functional fitness event designed exclusively for men, created to bring blokes together through challenge, camaraderie, and community. It’s not just a competition—it’s a space where men push their physical limits while opening the door for real conversations, real awareness, and real support for men’s mental health. A portion of all ticket sales goes directly to Spoke to a Bloke Charity.
