Workouts

21-15-9 Deadlift 12-9-6 Burpee Box Jump Over (must face the box). Intermediate: 125/185#, 20/24. Novice, Juniors & Masters: 105/155#, 20/24 (step-ups allowed, but both feet must firmly touch the top of the box). Athletes will perform 21 Deadlifts, then 12 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 15 Deadlifts, 9 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 9 Deadlifts, 6 Burpee Box Jump Overs 6 Minute time cap. Each rep not completed after the cap will be added a 1 second to score

1 K Row Then immediately into WOD 3

Directly after WOD 2 athlete will perform a 3 Rep Max Front Squat (from the floor). Your first attempt will be loaded prior to the row. You have 9 minutes total from the start of the row.

3 Rounds for time. Athletes will start at their bar. They will run out the SW corner (left of the stage) and re-enter the NE corner (by the railroad tracks). Approximately 175 Meters. Then perform 15 Ground to Overhead. A Clean & Jerk or Snatch is permitted. 8 minute time cap. Each rep not performed will be added as an additional second to your score. Intermediate: 65/95. Novice, Juniors & Masters: 55/75.
