About This Competition

At this time of year we are typically thinking about the Open.  We are thinking about what crazy wods we will do and we are thinking about the thrill of competing.  With the Open now in October, we are going to fill that void for you with our 2020 KOA Spring Classic!  Grab a friend and sign up for these "fun" but challenging wods!


There will be 3 WODs and 1 Floater WOD.  All of the details are under the workouts tab.  We are limiting the number of teams so don't delay!
