Vi gentager succesen fra sidste år, og slår dørene op for Delta Kilo Games 3.0
CrossFit Delta kilo afholder d. 26 og 27 september Delta Kilo Games 3.0.

D. 26 september vil være Scaled team konkurrence

D. 26 september vil der også være: Masters konkurrence

D. 27 september vil være Scaled/intermidiate konkurrence

 

Lørdag D. 26 september er for Scaled Team konkurrence af samme køn, for både herre og damer

Søndag d. 27 september er for scaled/intermediate for både, mix, herre og damerækker


Masters:

Masters er for dem der er 35+. Niveauet ville være en blanding af Scaled og Intermediate. Den ene på holdet må altså gerne være øvet, og den anden må gerne være deres første konkurrence. Man må også gerne være to Scaled eller to Intermediate. Men med forbehold for at der i nogle workouts kan inkluderes øvelser som: snatch, clean and jerk, Devills press, og Toes2bar

Scaled team


Scaled konkurrencen om lørdagen er for folk der ikke har prøvet at konkurrere før, eller har deltaget i få konkurrencer, og mangle at mestre øvelserne til at kunne være med i Intermediate.

Scaled/Intermediate


Søndags konkurrencen er for Scaled, og Intermediate. Der skal bare være minimum 1 på holdet der er skaleret. Man må altså gerne stille op med en skaleret atlet +1 intermediate atlet.

Skriv endelig hvis i er i tvivl om niveauet passer til jer.

Scaled:

For dig der gerne vil prøver kræfter med at konkurrere, måske har du allerede prøvet det før, og har fået lyst til mere.

Interrmediate:

Du mestre de fleste øvelser, Toes to bar, kipping pullups, snatch, overheadsquats. Du er ikke Rich Froning, og der er ikke krav til at kunne alt. Du gå måske på hero hold i din lokale box, og kan godt lide at give den lidt ekstra gas.
