Workouts
This is a gaunlet style competition. Each workout will be completed within the time period and will be followed by a set rest period.
0:00-15:00
120/100 cal ski
150 air squats (non working athlete holds plank)
AMRAP hang clean and jerks (95/65) in remaining time
REST 5:00 until workout 2 begins.
20:00-26:00
In a 6 minute window:
Athlete 1: establish 3RM thruster
Athlete 2: establish 3RM bench press
Each athlete does ONLY ONE of these. Building up to a max weight for the day.
Rest 4:00 before workout 3 begins.
30:00 - 39:00
AMRAP 9
5 synchro burpees
10 burpees
20 ab mat sit ups or 10 toes to bar
Rest 6:00 before workout 4 begins.
45:00 - 60:00
Every 5:00 x 15:00
100' bear crawl
25 hand release push ups
25 box jump overs (24/20)
25 kettlebell deadlifts (2x53/2x35)
Max cal bike
Score is total reps and cals across all 3 rounds. 100' Bear Crawl = 25 reps.
