Event #2A & 2B: Thrusting your Snatch for a Clean Bike
Min 0-1:
Parter A will start on the Air Bike
Partner B will start on Thrusters and complete as many reps as possible.
Min 1-2:
Partners will switch movements
Min 2-3:
Partner A will be on the Air Bike
Partner B will complete as many Power Snatches as possible.
Min 3-4:
Partners will switch movements
Min 4-5:
Partner A will be on the Air Bike
Partner B will complete as many Power Cleans as possible
Min 5-6:

Rx
Wall Balls = 30/25 lbs.
Deadlift = 225/185 lbs.
TTB = Both Toes must touch the bar at the same time.
Wall walks = Rep starts laying flat on the floor. Feet move to the wall before hands are allowed to move. Chest & thighs must touch the wall at the same time. Hands must return past line before feet may come off of the wall. Rep is completed when laying flat on the floor.
Rope Climbs = Males must start sitting on the floor & may not use legs in the rope ascent but may use legs on the descent. Females must start standing & may NOT jump up on the rope. Legs may be used on the ascent & descent.
Intermediate
Wall Balls = 20/14 lbs.
Deadlift = 185/135 lbs.
TTB = Both Toes must touch the bar at the same time.
Wall walks = Rep starts laying flat on the floor. Feet move to the wall before hands are allowed to move. Chest & thighs must touch the wall at the same time. Hands must return past line before feet may come off of the wall. Rep is completed when laying flat on the floor.
Rope Climbs = Males must start standing & may NOT jump up on the rope. Legs may be used on the ascent & descent. Females may jump up on the rope & may use legs on the ascent & descent
Beginners
Wall Balls = 14/10 lbs.
Deadlift = 135/95 lbs.
TTB = Both Toes must reach higher than hips.
Wall walks = Rep starts laying flat on the floor. Feet move to the wall before hands are allowed to move. Hands must reach past the designated line & return past the same line. Chest & thighs need not touch the wall. Rep is completed when laying flat on floor.
Rope Climbs = Males & Females may jump up on the rope. Legs may be used on the ascent & descent. Females may get additional modifications....MAY [Have to at least ATTEMPT a rope climb]
Event #4: Hangin' with a Jerk
Strength Complex/Ladder
Each partner will have 1 minute as a team to each complete:
1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Squat Clean and Jerk [Push Jerk or Split Jerk allowed]
All athletes will use the same weights
1st weight: 95/65 lbs
2nd weight: 135/95 lbs
3rd weight: 155/105 lbs
4th weight: 185/135 lbs
5th weight: 205/155 lbs
6th weight: 225/175 lbs
Score will be a combined amount of weight lifted by both athletes.
Event #1: BARELY RUNNING
Partner A will run 1600m
Partner B will row 2,000m
[Tie Breaker: Time at which both partners finish their run and row]
Both partners must be done with run/row before moving on to BEAR COMPLEX.
Time remaining, perform as many BEAR COMPLEXs as possible.
Bear Complex: 1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 push press, 1 back squat, 1 behind the neck push press. Rep is completed when the barbell returns to the front rack position after the behind the neck push press is completed, NOT at the end of the behind the neck push press.
[You may squat clean to a thruster to a back squat to a behind the neck thruster. Must reach full body extensions and bar must still return to the front rack position for the rep to count]
Rx: 135/95lbs
Intermediate: 95/65 lbs
Beginner: 75/55 lbs
